How to use
Heat Your Pan
Place any pan or kadai on medium heat. No oil needed not even a drop.
Add Water & ZOC Masala
Add 3–4 tablespoons of water to the pan, then add 2–3 teaspoons of ZOC Masala. Stir gently and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
Add Your Vegetables or Protein
Add onions, tomatoes, paneer, vegetables, dal whatever your recipe calls for. Cook exactly as you normally would.
Cook & Stir
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add small splashes of water if the masala starts to stick this replaces the oil completely.
